CREDAI Odisha to organize mega-property-expo in January 2016

Bhubaneswar, Dec 4: With an objective to provide all round platforms to its real-estate members as well as other stakeholders by facilitating their overall growth, the Odisha Chapter of Conference of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) is going to organize Odisha’s much hyped PROPERTY EXPO at Janata Maidan here from January 21. The mega event will continue till January 24.


Briefing the newsmen here today, Dillip Patra, President of CREDAI Odisha reiterates the importance as well as objective of CREDAI and its Odisha Chapter. On this years’ Expo plan, D S Tripathy, CREDAI Odisha National Member, CREDAI Governing Council Body said, “At least 120 stalls in two air-conditioned hangers with state-of-the art facilities will be installed at the event place. USP of this year’s Expo is Maximum Visibility through Media Publicity as well as Buzz through Social Media and on-ground innovations.

Apart from this, there are also other attractions like celebrity presence, entertainment extravaganza and ensemble of food-courts. Also, there are three build-up events prior to the Expo to create much desired hype amongst visitors, he further added.

CREDAI Odisha, Binay K Das, IPP unveiled the brand new logo of CREDAI Property Expo 2016 and stated, “With attractive tagline ‘CREDAI for CREDIBILITY’, constructive policy formation, fair business deal and transparent complain redressal system are three basic areas of focus for this year’s Expo reflecting the true character of CREDAI.”  CREDAI Odisha is privileged to have Ollywood actor Akash Das Nayak as their Brand Ambassador, he further added.

SBI is proud to be associated with CREDAI Odisha Property Expo 2016 as main sponsor. Present at the Press Conference, Arup Dasgupta, DGM, SBI stated that, “Our association with CREDAI is long term and we are looking forward to mutually beneficial association as CREDAI Odisha Property Expo is one of the prestigious platform.”

 “CREDAI Odisha Property Expo 2016 promises to be a single-window-market to congregate developers and designers, policy makers and products, financial institutions and above all customers under one roof to exchange information and the real business,” maintained Swadesh Routray, Vice President of CREDAI Odisha.

Among others, Sangram Sahoo, General Secretary of CREDAI Odisha also spoke on the occasion.

It should be noted that CREDAI Odisha, the Odisha Chapter of Conference of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), the apex body of Real Estate Developers brings private as well as corporate real estate developers under one roof. Since its inception, the core objective of CREDAI ODISHA has been to provide all-round platform for its member of facilitate their overall growth in the state and in turn fueling growth of Economy.

Plus two exams to start from March 1

Rourkela: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha today declared that it would conduct Plus Two examinations from March 1 to 30. While examination will be held for all the three streams- Arts, Science and Commerce, exam for vocational education will also be held during the month. Examination for theory papers will be held from March 1 to March 23 and those for practical papers will be held on the rest of the days, informed Yashobant Behera, Controller of Examinations, CHSE. He also informed that the examinations will be conducted in two sittings to accommodate all the students. While around three lakh students are expected to appear in the plus two examinations in the State, examination forms can be filled from January 2 to 21.
